What makes AG Developments different from any company in an urban sprawl city like Calgary?
At AG Developments, we mainly focus on craftsmanship, quality, and punctuality and with this formula, our houses always tend to be finished ahead of schedule and are top-of-the-line buildings that are like an odd one out if compared to multiple competitors' buildings. What does AG Developments even do?
AG is mainly residential construction with renovation, and new infills, and are primarily focused on these new infills in the inner-city of Calgary, which is pioneering the city's plan of gentrifying and modernizing Calgary as well as surrounding metropolitan areas such as Cochrane or Airdrie. You may notice our ensign while driving in areas such as Altadore, Hillhurst, Bankview, Inglewood, or Bellevue. We at AG always tend to build to the buyer's interests and our buildings are all unique, so when we begin breaking ground at a property, the possibility of having to follow a neighborhood's design will not impact the buyer's home.
How long does it take to finish a residential project?
The timeline for a residential construction project can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. However, we always strive to complete projects on time and within budget. Projects are always filled to complete certain inspections provided by the City of Calgary which would guarantee a smooth and thoughtful approach to finishing the project on the buyer's day of moving in.
